Had a really pleasant stay! Special thanks to Arpita for a smooth and friendly check-in, Lalitha for neatly placing all the amenities in the room with care, and Ambika for handling my check-out so efficiently. We had a great stay and experience at Novotel Chennai OMR . The service of the employees were excellent. The room was nice and clean, and the massages at the Spa were amazing! Die Menschen dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen sehr gut, es gab täglich frisches Wasser aufs Zimmer, die Wäsche hat super geklappt und nicht zuletzt - das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut in Ordnung.
