House keeping was not good at all never ever seen such house keeping anywhere in India accor groups hotels. Please make sure to correct this in future for appropriate steps. Otherwise, customers may not come and stay in this kind of service! Kudos to Restaurant team, it was outstanding and happy face with warm welcoming. I'd say a great service only for restaurant staffs.

The hotel is located in a prime area and is very well maintained and modern. The rooms are tiny, but the space is well utilized and the decor is acceptable. The bathrooms are tiny again, but you can get the stuff done without issues. Breakfast is above average, though nothing to write home about. The valets at the lobby were mostly carefree, except when they realized we were checking out - they started small talk and opening doors and stuff, which looked cheesy as they hardly bothered about us when we came in/went out multiple times during our stay. To summarize, the place is "Business like" - in décor, in hospitality, everything. Didn't feel the warmth, but then, nothing to complain either.
