The hospitality was excellent. Thank you for all the changes that the staff had to do to accomodate us. We had a relaxed time and our time was good. Breakfast is served with care and it was fantastic.

It's nice time we have passed at IBIS Navi Mumbai. The staff are really cordial and professional. The food is also delicious. I thank all the staff members for their excellent service during my stay. We will stay here once again.

horrible experience; room was not ready even though i had a message confirming that room was ready; room had stains and was smelling of dampness; during breakfast it took them 2 reminders and 20 mins to get an egg omelet

I have been staying here quite regularly on my business visits. Rooms are good and accommodation is comfortable. Access to the hotel is also easy considering the location. The entire team at this property strive to make one's stay delightful and leave no room for complaints. I would like to mention Pranav Kulkarni and his entire front office team along with Rupesh and his excellent colleagues at the restaurant and Ajit Kane and his team in the kitchen - with whom i have now kind of developed a friendship of sorts. As a Platinum member they take extra care right from reserving room to suit my requested preferences to serving sometimes out of menu suggestions as well. All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is thinking of staying in Navi Mumbai area pl look no further your search stops here. However I would single out a couple of areas for improvement especially regarding the menu / food here ..... the Ibis -spice it restaurant menu is now due for upgrade / change its been running for quite a long time now and if somehow Ibis adapts to change in menu on monthly basis that would be great as the chefs are capable of doing much better than what is being offered now. Another area for improvement in my opinion is the overall quality of Idly they make at Ibis and probably this is an area for improvement for all of Ibis chain together ...sorry for being too choosy here

Perfect ibis stay

When I plan my ibis stays, it is all about convenience. Easy checkin, functional room, great F&B and nicely done public areas. To top all of this, the staff was extremely helpful, they even helped with a cake last minute for my wife's 40th celebrations! It was just a 1 night stay, but looking forward to coming back for more... thank you to the entire ibis team!

Safe Stay

Stay was safe as all COVID-19 related hygiene and sanitization precautionary steps were taken sincerely by Hotel Staff. Room felt dull this time with crack across the wall. Bed was slightly uncomfortable this time with pillow as I got neck sprain. Food variety was less during the breakfast buffet.

Bad hospitality

Room service took more than 1 hr to deliver in both the ocassion. House keeping didn't turnup for more than 2 hours and had to keep calling reception to get it. Staff young and badly trained. Hotel staff service turnaround was also bad.

Though you say breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, i find it ready, fully in place only by 7:00 AM. Be on time please. Restaurant food items are very limited. There are items that you make but not seen in the menu . Dinner Buffet is very costly .. costly then some of the 5 star hotels i stayed in Andheri and you should re-think.

My stay was comfortable but not up to the mark the wash room door was not locking and didn’t get the requested room I feel it could have been better the break fast was good but the buffet was not up to the mark

Very good and comfort stay . Overall expereince is good. AC inside the room can be improved. Restarunt and food quality and taste good. GYM was nice. For Business travel best option. Over all best stay .

Hotel which is not able to provide tourist informations to customers.As a gold member, I had not received my traditional gift in my room.Room was not very clean.The last day, there was no towels in the bathroom.Hotel too far from the city centre.To sum-up: employees not Customer satisfaction oriented; lack of cooperation.

Clean rooms and good service. Only the space is limited like all the IBIS hotels in the world. However I can suggest this hotel for people who travel for business and need not to stay in the hotel for long time during the day

Overall good. The wellcome sould be improved. The day I checked in there was lack of enthusiasm.at the reception.I dint feel the IBIS wellcome which I usuallu get at other IBIS properties.But Mr Birender at the reception was extraordinarily helpful .Thanks to him our stay was enjoyable.

Each time I stay here for a night or more there are surprises on the negative side stored for me .... this time I asked for cloth hangers around 5.40 pm and 3 hours and couple of reminders later proi could get them finally around 8.30 pm ..... super duper service this is .... There was no room service menu in the room and requested alongwith hangers never provided until checkout ... and the price they charge for this lousy service is too much in proportion ..... everything else was fine ......

Good place for a short stay

Check-in, Check-out, food, all good. Rooms are small but sufficient for single traveller. Choose the Non-Smoking room. The smoking allowed rooms stink of tobbaco. I checked it after 6pm and had a sandwich at the room. The sandwich could have been a bit bigger! The functional bathroom is small. I did not like the shower gel. Breakfast buffet was well spread.

15 MINUTE SATISFACTION - FAILURE

I am an accor member, checking into ibis navi mumbai was delayed. The staff took lot of time at the reception counter. We went to the room and it had a bad smell. Called the front desk they responded after 15 minutes, changed the room after 32 minutes. The service of staff at the Spice it for Breakfast was pathetic in compared to other Ibis. At check out I was told since I am an accor member and since I got a special rate I am not elgible for 15 minute satisfaction guaranteed for guest.
