Had a pleasant stay at Ibis Navi Mumbai. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth. Breakfast was good with decent variety, and overall cleanliness was well taken care of.

Room condition was not satisfactory, bathroom door won’t close until you push hard, jet spray won’t work / room service ordered avocado toast and some time later it was told not available then ordered super food salad with dressing on side which never arrive and they try to compensate by giving free sandwich- receptionist doesn’t care how you feel or treated , finally Mr Arbaz Ansari called to understand the issue and i provided all details/ hopefully they can resolve
