Ravi is an excellent trainer. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. The gym equipments are also very good. We can easily train full body here.

My family stayed at Sofitel for almost 8 days. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were very clean, exceptional staff, excellent food in their restaurants, cafe. Excellent breakfast. Would like to specially thank Ganesh Patil for good housekeeping, as well as staff in Pondicherry cafe chefs Sandeep, Nilesh and Manager Swapnil for being very hospitable. Overall a good welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I used the gym and Ravi was excellent he helped me with alot of exercise and ensured that my fitness was on track not to forget he also ensured to teach me some exercise to practise at home
