Rooms were best. So was the in-room dining. Restaurant Breakfast Spread and the Buffet Dinner Spread was superb. The cleanliness of the room everyday was done very properly. The bathroom was so so clean everyday. The reception by Alison and Varun was exceptional till the day of checkout

IBIS Mumbai Airport Reception/Guest Services team are simply fantastic! They will make sure to take excellent care of your stay in the hotel and you. I simply loved their attention to detail and quick responsiveness. The hotel is conveniently located, plenty of transport options and rooms are very, very comfy and surprisingly quiet considering it’s so centrally located. I had a great stay and will recommend to anyone on the fence.

I stayed this time for 5 nights. Overall stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. While the internet had some issues but got to know that they have some upgradation work on process for internet, so that's fine. The breakfast buffet food was good however, the menu was repetitive in 2-3 days. Special Mentions with whom I interacted with Front Desk- Varun, Alison and Chhavi being extremely helpful. IRD- Yogesh delivered my IRD food and was extremely good and helpful. Housekeeping - Vinod always took care of every request very promptly. Spice It- This was my second interaction with Rahul and he is very hospitable. Feedback: As i also come from Front office background, i feel front office needs to be focused upon guest recognition in term of repeat clientele. IRD order taker should not SOUND in a hurry while taking orders, this gives a doubt to guest if the food order has been taken correctly. Rest everything was good. I'll visit again. Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience I regret to share my highly unsatisfactory experience during my recent stay at your establishment. It began with an unfortunate incident at the bar, where despite waiting for 45 minutes after placing my order, the food was never served. I ultimately had to leave without receiving it. To make matters worse, upon returning to my room, I discovered that the bed sheets were dirty and appeared to have been used, which is both unacceptable and unhygienic. At 11 pm, all I was seeking was a clean and comfortable room to rest in, but instead, I was left feeling deeply disappointed and disturbed. This experience fell far below the standard one would expect and has left me questioning the quality and care provided at your property. I sincerely hope you take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar situations. May be it was a one off ... but this is what I experienced ..

I had dinner here when I was really hungry, and the khao suey was good. Nice and cozy ambience in the bar. I would like to thank Mr. Chhavi Talwar for his execptional hospitality and service. Overall a good experience for an ibis hotel in Mumbai.
