Наш номер в апартаментах включал две спальни, оборудованную всем необходимым кухню и гостиную комнату. Нам очень понравились полотенца - белоснежные, огромные и мягкие, как облака, а также прекрасное постельное белье исключительной чистоты. Также были включены завтраки, которые мы оценили максимально высоко. Всем рекомендую попробовать выпечку и йогурты - это великолепно. В обеденное время были выступления артистов в фойе главного здания. Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля - девушки на ресепшене максимально внимательны и доброжелательны, как и работники обслуживающие завтраки. Отдельно хочу отметить работу Джаспера, который нам помогал принести вещи в номер, а также помогал решить вопросы с экскурсионным бюро. Джаспер - спасибо Вам огромное!

Very good hotel and location is approachable from anywhere.Restaurant for breakfast is not up to the mark because space is very less.

A good place to stay over the winter break

This was a nice holiday over the festive break to usher in the New Year. As a family of 5 with older kids, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a separate kitchen as well as a living room and dining area. It was very spacious. Many thanks to the reception team for sorting us with a room with good views. Please note to specifically request for this at the time of booking. The view of the Burj Khalifa is only a side view so if seeing the full Burj Khalifa fireworks is what you desire then this is not the hotel to stay at. On NYE, the hotel puts together a great spread of food and drinks. Many thanks to Faraz for sorting out our table booking. The highlight of the evening entertainment was the Belly Dancer. Rooms were cleaned and a big thank you to the hospitality staff and front desk staff that looked after us during our stay. The pool in the apartment is not heated and it is open air so note this if visiting in the winter months. We look forward to visiting again.

We’ve stayed in four Mövenpick properties before and always had excellent experiences, including their sister property nearby, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, this particular location falls far below the standard one would expect from the brand. The issues started with the basics—bedding that felt itchy and uncomfortable, and walls so thin that every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms disrupted our rest. Adding to the frustration, we received a phone call at 1:30 a.m., waking the entire family for no apparent reason. Breakfast was another letdown. It’s served in the lobby, which felt overcrowded and understaffed, making the whole experience stressful rather than enjoyable. To make matters worse, the property seems to host a nightclub with questionable clientele hanging around the entrance at night, which doesn’t align with the ambiance you’d expect from a five-star hotel. On a positive note, the staff are genuinely kind and tried their best, but they can only do so much given the circumstances. Ultimately, people book this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but it falls short in almost every way. If you’re considering this area, I’d recommend staying at the Rove next door. It’s a self-proclaimed three-star hotel, but honestly, it’s far better in terms of comfort and overall experience.

Horrible experience, movenpick bur dubai apartments are not a five star property, i recon they are not even 3 star. Although on website they have a picture of 5* hotel even if you booking for apartments but in reality its a different building all together, even for morning breakfast you have to walk across and enter hotel building. I was really ashamed after seeing the apartments which i had booked for my first time guests. Also when i confronted them that its not what you show online and i am willing to cancel my booking, they shifted me to hotel room, which are certainly lot better than apartment rooms, but at the time of leaving the hotel they charged me extra saying i have left stains on the carpet. Like seriously guys, stains on carpet? Has any1 heard a more casual excuse for unnecessary charging their guest. When i pushed back that when did u noticed this carpet stains, their manager replied a day back, why would you notice a damage in hotel property and not inform the staying guest untill he checks out. I am going to put a formal complaint to their management,
