The most ridiculous experience you can ever have in Krabi. The property is unkept and in a stinking situation. Everything can go wrong went wrong with our stay. Rooms- pathetically small, stinking, cramped. Location- right on the ao nang road. The only apt thing. Service- here the downward starts. No bell boy, carry your own luggage. No housekeeping, need tea or toothbrush come downstairs. No housekeeping doing their job. Our room wasn’t cleaned. No reason. Food- don’t get me started on this. We ended up having even breakfast from outside. We kept hearing. Our shift is over. Housekeeping shift over. Bell boy shift over. Kitchen is closed. No property manager. No shift manager. And then we understood the problem- no leadership. All staff doing whatever they want. Never expected this kind of experience from Accor hotels. lowest standard possible and customer experience keep up was questionable in every sense.

Dreaded staying here after seeing recent reviews, however much better than expected, lovely pool area with swings/slide. Room was clean on arrival, staff nice. Hotel shuttle bus was godsend. Location was good. Plenty of restaurant/markets around Did not get our room cleaned in 4 days. Realised we did not put sign out to clean room. Would stay again

Being an Accor Plus member, I persuaded my wife to stay in the Ibis Styles Krabi Ao Nang Hotel because it was in the Ao Nang area where everything was easily available. The property is alright, but the rooms desperately need to be refurbished. Also, the bedlinen and towels need to be replaced with new ones as the old were stained and torn. Service was excellent. Especially from Ms Nep and Mr Maw

Nice basic hotel with swimming pools. Our kids loved the pool area and little playground. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was OK. Maybe more different fruits to pick from would be nice. BIG plus for free 10 max person free ride to Ao Nang Beach. It saved save energy for kids to use later.

We had to leave immediatly. This is the worst, dirty, sad, boring and nasty hotel I have ever been to. We booked 2 different rooms and both rooms were infested with mold (spores) on all the walls and courtains - the halls smell like weed and tobacco even tho its a non smoking hotel. The rooms were covered in so much heavy toilet-perfume, I felt sick, to cover up the smell of something else. The place was a health risk, and they claim to be a child-friendly place. The place is expensive too because its a tourist area. Outside infront of the hotel (hostel) was a 'beautiful" view of a sewer with rats and other pests. Stay away
