I would like to give my warmest thanks to Varis and Yib, as activity instructors. They have led both water aerobics and Muay Thai classes during our stay, and it has been very good. They are both skilled, enthusiastic, and genuinely positive, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere in every session. The energy makes the classes very fun and enjoyable. This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I’m certain it is not the last.

My stay was truly memorable from start to finish. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, the property was well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully managed. One of the highlights was dining at the Italian Restaurant Venezia — the food was absolutely excellent, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. A special mention to the wonderful staff Nook, Peemai, Jeab, Ple, and Charlotte, who provided exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Great hospitality, great food, and a very pleasant stay overall. This resort is truly outstanding. You feel it from the moment you arrive. From check-in onward, the service was exceptional. Every team member was welcoming, engaging, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay feel effortless and special. Our suite was spacious, beautifully renovated, and featured a swim-up pool terrace, a real highlight. The resort’s free-form pool, the largest in Thailand, is both impressive and full of character, with a fun swim-up bar that made afternoons especially enjoyable. Dining across the resort was consistently excellent. We particularly loved White Lotus for its outstanding Thai and Indian cuisine. The bar was another favorite spot, perfect for refreshments while enjoying live music in a relaxed atmosphere. What truly sets this resort apart is the thoughtful attention to detail and the sincere desire of the staff to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience. Heartfelt thanks to Sao and the entire White Lotus team, Thalia, Pepsi, and the whole team. A special thank you to Wade for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
