部屋は狭いが設備は新しくて清潔でした。日本のアパホテルみたいなホテルです。旧市街からは離れていますが。近くにショッピングセンターがあり便利です。

I checked in around 3:30am, the staff were fantastic. Really friendly, helpful and professional at such a late hour. The room was relatively clean, although the sheets did have some marks on them. The bed however was comfortable. The room was a good size with a window which provided natural light. The window could also be opened to provide fresh air. For the price I think the room was fair. It would’ve been good to have a fridge inside the room as Manaus is extremely hot. You are able to refill your water bottle at reception, but the water is not always cold. The shower had good pressure and the water heated up quickly. The air conditioning was also effective and easy to operate. The rooms were relatively quiet with some noise from traffic and other guests but the soundproofing minimised this. I opted for breakfast, for the price and the style of the hotel I thought the breakfast was reasonable. There isn’t much to do around the area, apart from a few shopping centres, but it is a good choice if you’re going on tours for the day. One downside is that the wi fi is very slow.

Good value small rooms perfectly good for 1 night. Clean and shower was fine. WiFi good and location near shopping malls. Disappointed as no free water and they charged Brl 10 for some water. Staff looked bored. Good location for restaurants and check in was smooth. Rooms feel like you are on a cruise as small with small window.

The price and facilities are good. The staff is so nice. if you travel to Brazil, especially Rio, you know exactly what is say about price and staff. The location is also good, and you can access everywhere easily in Manaus.

My husband and I stayed at Ibis Budget Manaus for one night in January 2020 after an Amazon cruise. We arrived very early in the morning after disembarkation. Knowing that check-in wasn't until hours later, we'd decided to add an extra night (i.e. from the night before) to our booking so as to gain immediate access to our room. At check-in, however, the receptionist waived the fee for the full night and instead told us they'd only be charging a much smaller early check-in fee. We were very impressed by their thoughtfulness and lack of greed. The room, albeit small, was functional and contained everything we needed for a 20 hour stay. This was, in fact, not only the cheapest, but also, by far, the cleanest hotel room we stayed in while holidaying in Brazil. The complimentary wifi was excellent and streaming Netflix worked well through the wifi. We ordered dinner through Uber Eats and got cutlery from the on-site restaurant (this necessitated the use of google translate since restaurant staff did not know what "knives and forks" meant in English.) We also stayed at another budget hotel in Manaus (Intercity Manaus), but felt that we had a better experience at Ibis. Overall, an excellent budget stay for a short duration in a fresh, modern and, above all, clean hotel.
