Terza volta in questo hotel, che dire sempre super. Camera dotata di ogni comfort, presenti prodotti per il bagno, firmati rituals un tocco di raffinatezza e qualità non indifferente, pulizia delle camere ottima. staff ottimo; abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il signor Roberto alla reception di una professionalità, gentilezza ed eleganza unica; ci ha fornito dritte per arrivare in centro a Londra e consigliato ottimi posti! A tutti quelli che vengono a Londra consiglio vivamente questo hotel è a 30 minuti circa da hammersmith e una volta arrivati li si può andare ovunque. Qualità prezzo ottimo, ho girato anche altri hotel della catena tra cui novotel london west e london excell, ma posso dire che per me questo è quello meglio collegato e qualitativamente parlando top e prezzo super. Venire per credere.

Grazie per la bella e soddisfacente esperienza. Unica pecca la distanza dal centro.con i bambini e passegini è difficile arrivare in centro per via delle scale nella metro e l assenza degli ascensori. Per il resto ottimo. Suggerisco navetta per collegare l hotel con il centro.
