El hotel estuvo bien en general, pero no veo normal que tenga cerrada la piscina durante 7 días, por lo que quede decep ionado por la experiencia, ya que nos quedamos con las ganas de poder disfrutar de ella. Si elegimos el hotel fue porque tenía piscina y el no poder hacer uso de ella nos dicepciono. Además preguntábamos todos los días y nos decían que el día siguiente estaría disponible y no fue así.

problema con la limpieza y el estado de la habitación

El hotel tiene un problema muy grave con la limpieza de las habitaciones (las limpian a medias, llegando a dejar la cama sin hacer o el wc sin limpiar). Cuando reclamas en recepción, el primer comentario es que seguramente no has dejado el cartoncito en la puerta para que limpien, cosa que es absurda, ya que la queja no es que no entren a limpiar, si no que lo hacen mal y a medias. Tras dos días de quejas, me dieron un email del "Front Office Manager", tras casi una semana después de haber escrito, no ha contestado. Si a eso le añadimos que el estado de conservación de las habitaciones es malo, hotel no recomendable.

Excelente hotel con un personal estupendo, súper atento y servicial. El desayuno es bastante completo, con una cuidada presentación y productos de calidad. Sus zonas comunes, la decoración y detalles hacen que sea un hotel muy bonito y agradable. Cama muy cómoda y habitación moderna. Con piscina y sauna que esperamos probar en la siguiente visita.
