晚上十点到的酒店前台，办理入住花了一个小时，到了房间打前台电话三次没人接，房间牙刷牙膏，拖鞋什么都没有，以环保的名义疯狂省钱。

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your stay. Regarding your check-in delay, please allow us to clarify that there was a temporary system issue at the time of your arrival, which unfortunately caused the extended waiting time. We truly regret this situation and understand how inconvenient it was after a long journey. Concerning the slippers and room amenities, kindly note that the slippers were available inside the room cabinet, and due to the same system issue, the amenity request was unfortunately not reflected correctly, which led to the misunderstanding. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and for not responding promptly to your calls. While we follow environmentally friendly initiatives, this should never compromise guest comfort or essential service standards. Your feedback has been taken very seriously, and the team has been briefed and retrained accordingly. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. 酒店的大堂、接待都挺好，但是没有热水（入住时候提前告知了，一周没有热水）
