The ambience is truly superb, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes the entire dining experience memorable. The food is consistently delicious, with every dish prepared with great attention to flavor and presentation. Mr. Michael’s service is outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which adds so much to the experience. And I absolutely love Asian Night! The variety, authenticity, and vibrant flavors make it a highlight I always look forward to.

I had a very positive stay at Sofitel Dammam, thanks to the excellent service from Mr. Saidul in housekeeping. H

am currently staying at Sofitel Dammam and would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Saidul. He is extremely kind, disciplined, and professional. Every day he ensures my room is kept perfectly neat and clean, paying attention to even the smallest details. His dedication and polite behavior truly enhance the comfort of my stay. Thank you, Mr. Saidul, and thank you to the Sofitel Dammam team for maintaining such high standards of hospitality.

Amazing experience and great hotel with prime location on sea, cleaning team is very supportive and helpful specially Saidul who was very cooperative and friendly and also reservation manager was very friendly and supportive
