During my recent visit to Café Joy and Santé Bar, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Anjusha, Sanju, Uma, and Parveen, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality turned an ordinary visit into a memorable experience. Anjusha greeted us with a bright smile and ensured we were comfortable throughout. Sanju was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs even before we mentioned them. Uma demonstrated remarkable efficiency and kindness, making every interaction pleasant. Parveen added a personal touch with thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience. The ambiance of Café Joy and Santé Bar perfectly complements the excellent service—cozy, inviting, and ideal for both relaxation and social gatherings. The food and drinks were delightful, but it was truly the staff that made the experience outstanding. Their teamwork, dedication, and passion for guest satisfaction were evident in every detail.

Just spent an amazing night at the 5-star! 🔥 The staff were super attentive, must highlight chandrani ,Amandip ,Pallavi Shekhar, Samanita and team from front office room was decked out with all the luxe feels 🛋️, and those views though? 😍 Food at the rooftop resto was goals 🍴. Would totally come back 💯!"
