Broken Electric Water Kettle in the Room, Dirty Chairs in the Coffee Shop, Pepper container was missing from cruet set, sugar bowl on table missing even after the coffee was served, knife not given even when the butter was served - training for staff seriously needed at the coffee shop. Chef CDP Manoj and Chef Shahnawaz shouting or arguing loudly in the Kitchen Counter space of the Coffee Shop and then CDP Manoj shouting at some other commis in the same area. They need to learn that they can't argue loudly in an open kitchen. Cleanliness is also a concern in the coffee shop.
