Excellent service - especially room service & cleaning from Ashok . Highly recommend for a holiday, wedding or business trip . The swimming pool is great & overlooks Juhu beach for spectacular sunsets !

We staying here in Novotel since November 11, 2025 until now. The hotel is nice, clean and have a beautiful beach view. I would like to thank Ms. Kajal the housekeeping to continue cleaning our room and always asked us what we need in the room. She is very kind and have compassion to her job. If their have best employees i would recommend her. Keep it up Ms. Kajal. And also i would like to thank u to the guys who work in the main door (bellman). They are so nice people. Always greetings us and asked us how are we. Thank you. 😊

Worthy place to consider for a foreigner looking for a convenient location. The staff are welcoming at each touch point: security -concierge- front desk-housekeeping. They run the show. No management visibility nor flexibility. They mean business and are not commercial. The only downfall. Novotol Juhu Beach has it all, bars, restaurants, spa, conférence rooms and banquet, gym, pool name it. It is located in front of Juhu beach and is accessible to several bars and cafés within a couple of walk away. I do recommend this hotel.

We would like to thank the entire team of novote juhu mumbai from the concierge team to the kitchen team, Chef Avinash, Chef J P Evangelist, Chef Ganesh, Chef Hari amongst others, Ankit, Yasin, Abishek, Himani, Siddhi, Aditi, Shobham the manager, The food and beverages manager, they all took excellent care and understood our needs as my husband has problems with health, Humera Tinwala the guest experience manager and her entire team at the front desk. Shubamal the wonderful room assistant who made sure our room was cleaned everyday, Karan the floor manager as well, and also the General Manager - Mr Kunal Shanker was very helpful. The lovely young ladies at the premier lounge - Neha and Gitika who always welcomed us with a lovely smile on their face, remembered to nake us hit chocolate when we went to the lounge. Also the security guards at the entrance were very welcoming. It is difficult to remember everyone by name, we would like to thank each and everyone from the hotel who looked after us as part of their family. Our best wishes to all.

The housekeeping staff prince is very efficient and maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs. Staff is usually very courteous and receptive.
