We recently stayed at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever. I have stayed here multiple times before, but every single visit just gets better and better – this hotel truly feels like home to me From the very moment we checked in, everything was flawless. We were allocated a stunning ocean-view room, and oh my God, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The sound of the waves and the serene vibe made the celebration even more special 🌴🌊 The team at The Square restaurant deserves a huge shout-out for their exceptional hospitality: Shubham, Fahad, Yasin, Ramchandra and Yash. Each of them went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. Their warm smiles and attentive service truly made a difference. In fact, we were so impressed that, despite having a table booked at another fine dining restaurant (Sofitel), we decided to cancel it and have our lunch right at The Square instead — that is how much the staff won us over! A special mention to Sujoy, who has always been such a gem. His politeness, care, and welcoming attitude left a lasting impression on us. The in-room dining team was equally amazing, ensuring that every request was handled perfectly. Another beautiful surprise was when we requested some room decoration for the birthday celebration after we had checked in. We casually mentioned it to the bellman who brought our luggage, and within no time, an excellent housekeeping team member arrived to help us. Unfortunately, we forgot to note down his name — but he was truly exceptional. Such a polite gentleman with a genuine smile, he went out of his way to create a beautiful setup right in front of us. This small gesture made the evening so much more special. We really wanted to thank him personally at check-out, but sadly, we could not find him. I request to kindly pass on our heartfelt thanks to this incredible team member — he is truly a hero of the hotel The pool and direct beach access are like a cherry on top, adding so much charm to the overall stay. The next morning, the breakfast spread at The Square was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety — it set the perfect tone for the day. From check-in to check-out, every moment was filled with warmth, care, and happiness. My husband and I went to the Novotel Juhu as we had fond memories of it when we came many years ago. It had changed a little, there has been a lot of improvements to the building which looked tired before. All the rooms had been redone very well although if I were to pick on a point I would say that the rooms need additional storage. There is one cupboard, no bedside drawers and no other storage facilities. It's great if you are staying for a few days but as we were there for nearly three weeks it was a little inconvenient. Saying that, it's literally the only thing I would improve as everything else was very good and the eco friendly accessories in the bathroom are to be commended. We had a lovely stay unfortunately the weather was not great but the service we received in the hotel was second to none. From the time you enter to the time you leave they try so hard to please. The food at all the restaurants was delicious , we were mostly at The Square for breakfast and often for little snacks in between. My daughter and her family came later as well and they were so kind to my grandson, welcoming him and calling him Champ. They went out of their way to please us and I truly appreciated it. I have to thank so many people from the concierge to housekeeping so here comes a very long list of people who made our stay so wonderful. Subham Tiwari and Ramchandra, restaurant managers, Ruturaj, Himani,Pankaj Joslew and Yogesh. I may have forgotten a few names or misspelt them and for that I apologise. I would also like to thank Diego and his team at the Concierge desk, Nikhil from Room service who dealt with some very particular food requirements with aplomp. We had access to the Premium lounge and the two ladies there were truly exceptional, their names were Neha and Gitika as well as the guest relation Sanika. Lastly and definitely not least, the gentleman who cleaned our room and did some beautiful towel sculptures Ashok. Thank you also to Humera Tinwala, the guest experience manager and the reason I'm going on diet till Christmas, the Master Chef at the Square, J.P. Evangelist. Thank you all and we look forward to coming again, apologies for any people I have missed out but to say that you were all great and made our stay memorable.

I had a terrible experience at Novotel Juhu and would strongly advise against visiting this property. On arrival, the washroom given to me was extremely dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be premium. When I raised the issue, instead of being apologetic or offering a solution, their Director of Operations (Ms Myrah) was shockingly rude and dismissive. The combination of poor hygiene, unprofessional management, and lack of basic hospitality standards makes this place a complete disappointment. If you value cleanliness, respect, and good service, do not visit this hotel ever.
