Welcome desk (VIP lane) was rude. Despite asking several times for extra pillows for pull-out bed, had to go to reception & collect myself. Breakfast - rude staff. Daughter asked for tomato sauce. Staff member offered to get it. Asked again 20mins later to get told they are busy and get herself.

We had a delightful dinner at Bageecha this past Sunday with my wife and kids. It was a wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious, although a bit spicier than we're used to, but the paan ice cream helped balance it out perfectly. The view was beautiful, and the service staff, especially Shrutika and Tousif, deserve special thanks for making our anniversary memorable by accommodating our request for a sea-view seat and being patient with my son's numerous requests. My daughter even made a sketch for Shrutika! 😅 However, I have two suggestions for improvement: the music was too loud, making it difficult to converse, and the kadi pakoda could be improved.

We had a great short stay at this property. The ambience is fantastic , but what is even better is the way the staff treat guests. We loved our sea facing rooms. Would like to mention Master Chef Jerson for the concern he had during our stay. We relished the Sunday Brunch at the square. If you stay here you must never skip the breakfast as they have nice live counters serving delicious stuff. Everything was very well managed at the hotel. Overall - had a great time here. It's not just bcoz of the decor, but the lovely staff that are allways smiling and ready to assist. The rooms, Sunday brunch , pool , everything was just fantastic. Master Chef Jerson and his caring vibes is truely commendable ,he was of great assistance . The security person at poolside is very nice as he told us not to sit abit far away from tree having coconuts. Great experience here !

I had visited Sampan Restaurant for dinner and I liked the Food And also the Drinks were amazing and for specially Thai festival cocktail and Mocktail made by Harsheel Jhaveri And Amit. Specially The Sparkling Citrus Mocktail was just mind blowing and Kafir Lime Mojito was great..🍸🙌🏻 I would highly recommend to also try other Beverages in their menu with amazing combinations...
