Dear Guest, Thank you for these comments concerning your visit. We are pleased that you appreciated the spaciousness of our rooms and the complimentary coffee provided in our lobby. It is also gratifying to know that our proximity to the train station contributed positively to your stay. However, we regret to hear that you encountered issues with the laundry machines and the condition of your room. We understand how important these amenities are to our guests and appreciate your perspective on these matters. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that the neighborhood did not meet your expectations and that you experienced inconsistencies with the shower pressure and temperature. Nevertheless, we understand that the disturbance from traffic and construction was an inconvenience and we apologize for any discomfort you experienced. We are delighted that you appreciated the well-appointed bathroom, the convenience of having a kitchen, and the overall cleanliness of our apartment. However, we understand that the festivities during Oktoberfest can bring about a lively atmosphere, which can sometimes be heard even with our soundproof windows.
