The breakfast was standard, no variations and chicken soup was basically store brought Knorr soup. Although I requested a smoking room, that does not mean the curtains should smell like smoke. Effort is to be made to keep the room clean. If the curtain smelled like smoke it makes me question how often the bedsheets and covers are cleaned and changed?

Thnx for all staff in İbis Kayseri. They were all excellent ,smart and helpful ; especially Ms.Rukiye and Mr. Mehmet at reception and the operation manager Mr. Mustafa and the others. We have offered room service multiple times but none of them were on time, on the other hand were extremely late. Even though we have requested only beers to rooms, they were showed up almost in about an hour. In addition, in the restaurant; most food shown in the Menu were not present. The behavior of the personnel were highly disappointing as well.

Reasonable price and 30 mins drive to skiresort. Comfortable and a little bit small rooms but great for stay safe. Door to skiresort shuttle was great. Helpful stuff is a plus.

This is probably the fifth year in a row of me and my wife's stay in Ibis Kayseri. The main reason we choose to stay here is the attractive price, adequate rooms, nice breakfast but most importantly the awesome staff. It is like a second home for us in winter. Mr. Mehmet Imamoglu and Miss Rukiye always welcomes us with a warm welcome, and is always there to help us with our needs. Miss Aysegul in the restaurant is also like a sister to us, always serving with a smiling face. Other than the staff, the restaurant serves nice food, although last years it was better. The room is always clean, and the bed is fantastic. The shuttle service to the ski area is also reasonably priced and good but I'd rather the shuttle to leave a little bit earlier. Overall we really like this hotel and is the only hotel we choose for our ski holidays in Kayseri.

I stayed at IBIS for business. It is very close to the airport, as well as the city center. It is always very clean and the check-in check out is no hassle. Open buffet breakfast has choices and if there is any little problem, the staff is there to fix it right away. I wanted the eggs to be cooked a little more, and the next thing I know they bring me my well done eggs. You really get a good service here. I will be staying here again.

I paid the hotel via your website. Although it was turkish lira, tha bank charged me 21 TL more. I dont know the reason and there was no solution from the hotel about it. I wanted to cancel the payment and wanted to pay at the hotel but they said it was impossible.

Me and my girlfriend has spent 2 nights in this hotel. This place is like our second home in the winter as it is close to the skiing area and the price is affordable. The food and breakfast is nice. But it becomes very crowded at breakfast times. The bed and sheets are clean the room is generally clean and well maintained. Most of staff is really nice and helpful. I would also like to specially thank Ayşegül who, upon hearing that I had made a marriage proposal to my girlfriend, surprised us with a really nice dessert and fruit plate at the restaurant. She was very attentive and made our special day even more special. The hotel keeps up to the ibis standards and does what it promises. But, The front desk need better training on AccorHotels policies. Upon checking in, as I am an Accor Gold guest, I should have received a welcome drink voucher but only after asking we were given one. Not very important as after asking we were given the vouchers without any problems. And after checkout we had made o considerable amount of restaurant payment. As a ibis business guest I should have received a %10 discount on restaurant expenses, but the front desk did not have any knowledge about this so I had to wait for somebody else. After waiting for some time, the other person also seemed not to know about the %10 discount but in the end he made the discount using a calculator :) And Ebubekir at the night shift in the bar, I think he was somewhat rude. He avoided eye contact when speaking, and was really disinterested and not polite. I was disappointed as everyone else in the hotel is much more helpful and polite. And usually, in most of our stays we see that the bathroom is not very well cleaned. There are always some small stains at the toilet, which is gone when wiped with a toilet paper. So cleaning, especially the toilet should be better and should be inspected.

Booked a hotel on the hotel website. The goal is a ski resort. What attracted: the perfect combination of quality / price, location and service. What we got: a wonderful room, lovely kind caring staff. Very friendly maids: daily room cleaning, tea, coffee, water in the room. Friendly staff at the reception. Very well trained staff. Just great breakfasts. Everything is very clean and tidy! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the ski resort there and back for 35 lira (approximately 5 dollars, which is very convenient). The hotel offers free accommodation for guests with a pet - it's very cool! Well done!
