Got given smoking room without option. Room directly above foyer where restaurant goers and others smoked so stale smoke inside and when windows open to refresh smoke from outside. Air conditioning was on hot only. When asked staff said they would not adjust air conditioning and offered perfume to solve issue. Left in morning feeling dirty/smelling of smoke. IF YOU STAY ENSURE REQUEST NON SMOKING ROOM

This hotel is up to a good standard but factor in that it's 3km from the airport and 3km to the centre of town. They rang a taxi for the airport which charged us 15 euro. You need to factor in also that the same taxi driver brought us out of town to the hotel the night before for 20 euro, despite the fact that the taxi in was 9 euro. We noticed the taxi driver which brought us out was familiar with the staff so ask for the express taxi company as he was the one who charged us 9 euros.

Easy to find. Great Staff. Very Clean. Stay many times. They always treat me good and provide a quiet room. Many places to eat nearby, but the cafe in the hotel is the best deal. Your one stop shop when in the area

After a long drive from Leeds, seeing Hotel Ibis aeroport was a sight for sore eyes. The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the car park was secure. Fantastic night sleep, and the breakfast was excellent also. The market style layout was very quirky! We had our evening meal at Le Boucherie across the road which was lovely, and we had a 10% discount for staying at the hotel! Highly recommended!

Nice, clean hotel. Wifi good. Breakfast cost 9,99euros but was rather poor. There is no alternative around. Close to airport. Kind, helpful personnel. Door had a problem and I should always need to have my mind to close it.

We stopped off on the way to Paris from Calais and to take in a football match between Red Star and Le Havre. The Stade Pierre Brisson is within easy walking distance so the location was perfect and is really close to the A16 too. Over the road from the hotel are a few of the usual national chain restaurants that you find in these out of town locations. the hotel seems quite new and we were given a very spacious room which was adapted for disabled users, though neither my wife or I is disabled. The room was at the end of the building and was very quiet, it even had a little balcony which is something we had never experienced in an Ibis hotel before. The whole place was clean and fresh and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke English much better than we spoke French.

A bit on the expensive side. But is dependable Ibis not the less. Receptionist very nice. Room quiet. Location very good. Room clean, shower great. Wifi quick. Pricey though ! Should be about 20 pct less.

One of the better Ibis. They seem to vary according to programmed updating of roomes and facilities. This one was good. Easy access from motorway, selection of restaurants closeby. Not really much negative for this class of hotel.

hotel was excellent and well priced, however i requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. I guess the hotel staff misread or misunderstoon the request in my booking and thought i was requesting a smoking room. Given that I think non-smoking is now standard I probably didn't need to request non-smoking/maybe they got confused as to why someone would ask for non-smoking. We only stayed one night, got in late and left early in the morning to catch a flight so we couldn't be bothered changing rooms and put up with the smoke marinated room. So can't really give this hotel a bad review as we didn't complain at the time. Other than the smokeyness of the room, it was otherwise very nice, modern, clean, comfortable beds, windows that opened wide, great locaiton to the airport and with restrants across the road that gave good discounts to guests at the ibis. Bathroom was small but clean and pretty modern. Lobby and dining area modern and colourful with interesting set up in the dining/breakfast area.

Good location near motorway but some way out of town centre. Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Good restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bedroom and bathroom up to Ibis Standard.

Well placed stop over heading north to Calais (came up from Limoges). Usual good basic room - on first floor overlooking car park - quiet. Also ate in restaurant - evening meal okay (though had run out of pasta and used popcorn instead - interesting).

Nice new hotel close to the BVA Tille airport, good access to the airport, new building, free parking, lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good breakfast, good price. if you trvel from BVA is the good one to take.

The bathroom door was almost impossible to open and close and probably woke the whole hotel up. I had to give it a body blow to open it, felt like the police on a ram raid. Breakfast pretty poor for the money too. 8.30am no croissants, toaster but no bread for toasting and stale fruit.

It was overpriced stay. Very nice staff, otherwise tipical IBIS. Rooms was very basic, we hated the plastic bathroom. The capital city of Berlin is better value. Very expencive hotel for basic accomodation.
