밤에 도착 했는데, 남자 직원분 께서 정말 친절 하셨습니다. 말도 친절하게 잘 해주시고, 전기 주전자로 물 끓이는 것도 도와 주시고, 직접 문도 열어주시고, 너무 감사 했습니다. 방도 넓고 따뜻하고 너무 좋았습니다. 낭시에서의 숙박을 절대 잊지 못할 것 같습니다.

We enjoyed everything! Very cute lobby! An amazing Staff! The decoration inside was awesome! Our breakfast?...OMG it was incredible good: there was everything, really nice presented, every empty dish was immediately refilled... Great!

For two days in Nancy, we had a room here. The largest we have had in the Ibis hotels we used this holiday. Walking distance to the center of town.The breakfast was good and varied, it was even possible to boil your own egg. The hotel is very near the train station parking lot, but there is no discount given, and it came to much more than we had expected. On the outskirts, Ibis parking is usually free, and elsewhere a discount had been given.

Hotel as closed - No prior notice

When I got to the Hotel it was closed. I called the number from my reservation and learned that the Hotel was closed. I even got a confirmation of my staying a couple of days prior to check-in. I was told to check with Novotel for options and luckily they managed to get me and my family a room. I am happy to provide a review on Novotel but can't really for Ibis Styles

The warmth of the staff sets this place apart, transforming a "very good" hotel into an "excellent" hotel. The breakfast (included in our rate, not sure if that's always the case) was just what we needed each morning. Clean rooms, good wi-fi, good air conditioning, and only a few minute walk from the train station.
