Emplacement parfait : moins de 30min à pied de la gare, 5min à pied de la place Stan, 10min à pied de la salle de concert L'Autre Canal, et un arrêt de la ligne principale juste devant l'hôtel. Accueil et check out nickel, les parties communes sont sobres, modernes et propres. Ascenseur RAS. La chambre est très propre, idem pour la salle de bain, l'agencement est correct. LE GROS POINT NOIR, qui fait bien baisser la note, le linge : les draps et les serviettes sont plus que fatigués. Quelques petites tâches sur les draps et les taies d'oreillers, et surtout un trou dans les draps... preuve qu'ils sont bien usés. Pour les serviettes de bain c'est pareil, elles sont rêches et usées, l'une d'elle est un peu rose (tâche ou coloration au lavage ?). Rien n'est vraiment sale, mais le doute est suffisamment présent. C'est vraiment dommage, voire inacceptable dans un hôtel 3 étoiles à 80€ la nuit. Je trouverai probablement un autre hôtel pour mon prochain séjour.
