I really do understand the situation during covid-19 but there is still need more standard of services. Such as; hotel information, service mind and commitment what you informed or confirmed. Moreover, we need more security and privacy especially, at night. More action and solved properly.

Good location, nice view, staff try to be nice but bad result

I was informed by the check-in staff that we can have breakfast in our room as a complimentary during the COVID situation (to reduce number of guest in dining room). Therefore, we ordered breakfast to serve at room per that suggestion. At the check-out, we're charged for room services! the check-out staff told that hotel only allow one set of breakfast per pax but we order extra. I'll not complain if I was informed that information during the check-in but the check-in staff told us to freely order from room for the breakfast which is a buffet breakfast. POOR staff and POOR me.

At SO/ Bangkok, we have implemented safety measures according to ALLSAFE developed by Accor and Beaureau Veritas to ensure safety and hygiene of our guests and colleagues as it is one of our utmost priorities especially during this time. One of the measure is in-room dining breakfast with no extra cost depending on eligibility of guest's booking and number of registered guest per room. Our set breakfast is well created by our chef ensuring that guest can feel fullfilled with one set. However, some item could be adjusted per guest preference and dietary restrictions. Not the first time in BKK but feel so much welcome in this hotel. Arrival was greet and brought to reception by friendly concierge. The receptionist who checked me in was professional in explaining the check in procedures and introducing the types of the room, and brought us to our room and gave us a lot of information about the hotel and room! The welcome drink Magic was very pretty! And the breakfast was fantastic, my friends love how the eggs station was presented and ice cream for breakfast was great! Love SO/BKK and will come back next time. Thank you!

The service is perfect from the check in to check out. They allow us to stay a comfortable and clean. The location js perfect to get to MRT for 5 min by foot. Pool is so chilled mood and Sauna also perfect at the gym. Breakfast menu is SO styleish. Welcome drink is beautiful! Bath Pub is perfect and water temperature is so good for the bathing. One thing that i was dislike is all the facility in room worn out a bit..

This is possibly the best sofitel hotel i have stayed at. The facilities r great. the food is of the highest quality and the wine and alcohol served r of good quality. I especially enjoyed the French red that was served during happy hours at the lounge.

Foi uma Excelente experiência, desde a receção, ao cuidado diário com cada hóspede e o pequeno almoço é irrepreensível. O único aspeto que nos desagradou um pouco foi o facto da piscina só ter sol nas primeiras horas da manhã.

chocolate smell at the ground level makes you addicted to it. Excellent checkin and magical welcome drink. Rooms were very good, Bathroom spacious and i had the chance to be in the water element section... Dinner at the roof top was a good experience.. thrilled by the lobster bisque soup. Excellent roof top bar with very good (cute) DJ and excellent staff.

overeall we are enjoy their service and warm welcome.staff is friendly (specially coiceige counter ms dear.) 19 oct (sat) we had drink in roof top bar, we are sure is somebody vvip from accor management, so all the staff is focus to serve them, is totally different what we have 1st night (friday)good time in roof top, so make us feel a bit dispointded.

I stayed at So Sofitel on a layover in Bangkok and absolutely loved it. The check-in experience was very friendly and the room exceeded my expectations. I stayed on the 25th floor and the views were amazing! The bed was super comfortable and I melted into the pillows, heaven. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the rooftop bar was sensational. I will definitely come back here and totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bangkok. It was also a short 12 minute walk to the MRT & BTS (public transport). Five star experience all the way!

comfortable and i feel well ,nice Service but not very flexible in breakfast if You ordered something not in Buffet The Service team should work on to make customers happy . Anyway was in all very good.

Service was great throughout, from the start of helping to combine my booking reservation for consecutive nights stay to arranging a nice note/cake for my wife bday! Wood theme room didn't disappoint at all, classic and modern comfort all round. This should be a hotel selected for its comforts rather than its location. MRT is a few min walk across an intersection, while the BTS is a little bit further away, so we ended up taking grab (super easy) most of the time!

Not So Nice Experience for this time which should usually be 'Good to Perfect'

I stayed at this property many times, but this time, it's not good experience... checked in at 3:30 pm, and was told room could only be availble at 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Returned to hotel, ended up with no car parks available and guards told me that the garage was full and directed me to park on street which was not acceptable. After negotiation for long time, let us entered the garage but there's plenty vacant spots. Finally got the key to the room at around 7:30 pm, but found that the extra bed had not been set up and was provided with a room in another 'Element'. It's so annoying with such treatment when travelling with my family. Duty Manager explained that the hotel was really busy on that day, but really I think better management and planning for future...
