This is one of the very few times in my travels that no one in the entire hotel asked me to write a TripAdvisor/Google review and here I am writing this out of my own volition because I am very happy and impressed with the level of service and care received from the entire Club Signature team and Poppy from Red Oven. As a Platinum member, I was checked in at the Club Signature lounge and escorted to my room by Noom, the Club Signature Manager who remembered me from my previous stay and was given a very very nice room upgrade which I truly appreciate for I never knew this hotel has this kind of room available. Over my 3 nights stay, I can attest that the breakfast offerings at the Club Signature have improved significantly that I had breakfast there twice instead of the already fabulous Red Oven restaurant's buffet breakfast. The Club Signature Team consisting of Noom, Luktao, Am, JJ, Petch, Tangmo, Georgia and Quirien were very attentive and regularly walk around the lounge, especially during evening cocktail hours to offer refills and ensure everyone is having a good time. The evening canapes were very good especially if you are a sushi lover though I would prefer more hot food but it is ok, it is meant to be canapes anyway! I was feeling peckish on my last night there and decided to check out the menu at Red Oven and was warmly greeted by Poppy whom I asked for Thai food recommendations from and went along with her recommendation and indeed the stir-fried noodles were quite well done, which she later told me was because the her favourite aunty cook was manning the station that night and that dish was her favourite from this particular aunty with great home-cooked taste, hence she recommended this dish to me. That to me is a wonderful personal touch and next level of good service. Am contemplating going back for another stay, perhaps longer to pamper myself and have a good time with friends again. See you guys soon!

Excellent service and drinks at the pool. Special mention to Mook and Mel for never leaving our glass empty for long. Their smiles are infectious. Very relaxed atmosphere with fantastic views over the city and park. Infinity pool and lounge chairs in the shallow water. Excellent.

Perfect stay from start to end

This was my second time staying in So Bangkok . I came 2022 for my birthday and my stay was made so special by the team back then I decided to come back for my honeymoon . When I say perfect I mean from the point of reservation stage . I booked my stay directly with the hotel website . Wanwisa &Anisara from reservations team contacted and checked for every details for my stay . Our checkin was done by Kate & Keng . During the check in they acknowledged that we were honeymooners and gave room upgrade which was subject of the availability to garden view. Our luggage was delivered with us by Pang with the biggest smile on his face placing the luggage in the luggage racks making sure it was as we wanted before he took his leave.The room and the staffs were as we remembered. We had lunch & dinner in red oven. During the lunch our restaurant host Pangpond ( Nancy ) was very kind with a smile on her face serving us . The view and the food was absolutely amazing. And hats off to the chefs in red oven for the amazing steak we had for dinner . We were served and greeted by Pop, Pang, Otto & Nan during dinner who went above and beyond making our stay memorable by serving us a complimentary surprise dessert with have a safe flight written. Since I am pregnant and had medical issues , the hotel was kind enough to provide checkout till 13:00hrs even though they were fully booked . I would say the only thing that caught me was that the room didn’t had tea cups even though there was coffee machine and tea provided in the room.

So we arrived really late like 1 am at night. Check-in was smooth, they arranged connecting rooms as I indicated in my mobile check. We went up to our room and we landed on the bleu floor, next to the elevator. I clearly indicated in my email to the hotel we preferred the other themed rooms as I wanted to avoid that loud blue room. Some people might like it, but it made me very a-relaxed. They went through the system and came quickly back that they had the ‘black’ earth themed room available a few floors higher but it would take 1hr to prepare the rooms. They offered we stay in our room and move in the morning since it was so late. Since we were tired we decided to stay in the blue room. Next day, when we arrived for breakfast, staff already knew about the issue and were working on it, however the room was still not ready and not going to be ready till late afternoon and they mentioned now it turned into a different room on a lower floor? Anyway, as long as it was not blue. We had to pack our bags and have them ready to be moved to our next room. They would do this when our room was ready and we were out. We returned around 5ish only to find out they had only prepared one room and I had booked 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling with our son. Our bags were still in our old room, or so they thought. We spent the next 30min waiting for answers about our room and the hotel relocating us both: now to separate rooms but on the same floor. Not great as it was our son's bday trip. Then our bags were missing as no one had picked them up so took them another 20 min to find our bags and bring them to our room. So we missed going for a nice dip in the pool as we had to get ready for our reserved dinner at Suhring. We are not happy with the way this was handled: they mentioned high occupancy rate this weekend, but I am a platinum member so if you are unable to get a request granted, that is fine but tell them at check-in so you are not in for an unwelcome surprise. In general, rooms are worn down and in need of some TLC. Pictures on website look all fresh and shiny and new. That was years ago: paint is peeling and scratches everywhere. The mirror arm had lost strength and is hanging turned to the floor so usable if use unless you are kid size . Hardly any usb outlets or again, not working because they are limp. No socket next to bed, only on 1 side in wood rooms. The sockets and usb outlets were better in blue rooms Safe was on low battery so better not use either which is sloppy, this should be checked before guests move in. Blue rooms are a pain on your eye (water element) where everything is blue, there are drawings on the walls, on the curtains, on the mirrors. Door bathroom has large round holes leaving through light and noise. There is nothing serene or relaxed about these rooms and it made me feel like I wanted to leave the room asap. Toilet door does not close properly and is next to the sink giving no privacy. Black and white tiles combined with the same blue everywhere in the bathroom. Rainshower but with unlogical taps placed behind the rainshower so no way of turning it one without getting wet (not knowing if you turned om hot or cold tap either) Even tough we were on 19 floor, you could still hear traffic below. Not in blue room on level 23 but the airco was very loud and muffled all noises. Rooms are large and have nice big windows with a lovely Lumpini park view Minibar was included but besides water there were 2 or 3 odd cans of drinks and a small pack of snacks with an odd shrimp soup flavour or at least that is what the picture on the package showed, so not really a perk. Rooftop bar on saturday night had a band playing which sounded like someone was on karaoke who should not be a.k.a they were singing out of tune Breakfast spread in lounge was good though: it was a small buffet with healthy options, menu to order and a waffle maker. Lounge was nicely set up and very quiet although hotel was on high occupancy Pool on L10 was pretty cool with views over lumpini park, nice lounge area and loungers parked in the water. Several loungers needed tlc though as the bands underneath seat were broken so you were sitting in a sack instead of comfortably lying on the lounger Lovely spa with good massges and lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing treatment with butterflea pea welcome drink, tea afterwards. Staff were al superfriendly, hotel has a good location so could consider coming back for the pool, breakfast and friendly staff. They also gave us a discount because of the room issue which was very nice.

Friendly and service-minded staffs especially K’Natty and K’Baitong. Also, the drinks and afternoon tea set are so wonderful in presentation. I absolutely love this little cozy and friendly place. I would recommend this place if you love chocolate!
