I was there for 4 days from 1 Aug - 7 Aug 2025. I reserved the hotel for 5 days. I've stayed only 4 days and the hotel charged me for 5 days because I changed the plan. I know it was my mistake that I booked the hotel with conditions ( my agency booked it). Btw, my colleague stayed the same period and the same situation. The hotel charged him only 4 days and they canceled the last day for him. Why does the hotel have 2 standards? I sent an email without any feedback. I would say that I am dissatisfied about this and this will be my last time with this hotel.
