Sandhya Katke is superb. Just 21 years of age and she already is doing wonders. Handling everything with great command. Love to watch her instructing her co-workers. Place is good so is food. Good ambience. Must visit place

Smelly hotel with underwhelming food

Although it is located centrally and very close to the airport in Pune, the whole experience of the hotel was very underwhelming. It was smelly the corridor stank of hydrogen sulphide as if someone with poor sphincteric tone passed through the room frequently . All the rooms were very tiny. There were no toiletries or any accessories in the room for anything and everything you had to call Room service to ask him to get something up. The food was bland and lifeless, and so were the serving staff. Not one of them was smiling or looked happy. Only the conference venue was well done otherwise on the whole the hotel smelt and looked like some sort of very short, stay dying business hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff were polite and attentive, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was tasty too. Would definitely return.

Excellent accommodation, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds and great breakfasts! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here and a big shout out to the wonderful Riya at reception, Rutvika and Staney in housekeeping (the backbone of any hotel) and of course Vikas in the restaurant who took such good care of us! These staff members made our stay extra special! Thanks Novotel Pune!
