We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and in a great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and the same to the Casino area. Ideal for families exploring the area . Plenty of extra bed covers available in a wardrobe and the beds in the living room area consisted of a single pull out bed and a double. I wouldn’t say the beds were the most comfortable but adequate for a short stay. The A/C was also extremely noisy but also very welcome as it was very hot while we were there. We didn’t avail of the breakfast as there are so many cafe options within a 5/10 minute walk. Overall I would recommend staying here if looking for somewhere for a family and within walking distance of everything. It is basic but once again very adequate for short stays and with lovely staff at the front desk.

Checkin painfully slow - hard work when you have four tired children and it’s way over 30 degrees Celsius. Arrived at 5pm to be told one of our rooms wasn’t ready even though check in is 3pm. Was given a room up a steep hill to be met with lots of steps into the building - we have a twin pram and asked for accessible accommodation. We then had to walk all the way back to the reception/main building , and they swapped both rooms into that building I’m not sure why that wasn’t done in the first place and told we still had to wait for the second room to be ready. Room wasn’t brilliant wasn’t overly clean either . And for £243 a room it certainly wasn’t worth it. My card was charged a pre authorised charge for the amount of one room. When we got there we had to then pay for both rooms and was told we had to wait for the pre authorisation to be sent back in around 7 business days. I told them I wasn’t happy with this and to cancel the preauthorisation - as far as I was aware the card would not be charged except in the event of a no show or etc which is how we have always done it so just be aware of that. Wouldn’t recommend overall.

Excellent location, the friendly team, especially the reception check-in lady doing what she can for early check-in, and the room is clean, spacious and fully equipped - and again, the location is just fantastic; you can be in Hotel De Paris is 5-6 min walk using the public elevator and the mall escalator - fabulous apartment and thanks to the lovely team, N.B. I even forgot a branded T-shirt and called them a couple of days later, and they found it and stored it for me. Give this place a try. You will not regret it

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews but what a lovely surprise on our arrival. Incredible location close to the casino, port and station and perfect hotel to explore Monaco. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend as also great value for money. Tip: if you are arriving by train. At station, exit onto princess boulevard, turn right and a few yards later you will see the lift on the other side of the road. Go up this and then opposite to next lift. Go up again and then turn left. Hotel a few yards on right. Literally about 7 mins max from station.

Conveniently located hotel 15 minutes from the Casino, completely renovated with a new kitchen, comfortable bed. As a Diamond member, I was given a complimentary upgrade to an Exclusive Suite with a large balcony and a beautiful view. Nice staff and proper hotel management! Thank you very much to the whole team of the hotel, I will come again!
