facility 가 좋은편은 아님 - 슬리퍼도 없고 화장실 용품도 샴푸 & 바디비누 빼고는 전무 laundy bag 조차도 없음 11층에 머물러서 발코니도 없었지만 호텔 자체가 조용해서 좋고 아침 식사하는 레스토랑 남자직원분 친절하셔서 아침부터 늘 기분좋게 시작해서 좋음

숙박은 좋았으나 저는 1박(어른 4명 아이 1명) 숙박했습니다. 그렇지만 조식이 2일분(총 200유로)으로 책정되어, 100유로가 더 청구된것을 인보이스를 통해 발견했습니다. 바로 이메일을 보냈지만, 아이를 잘못청구한 것 같다고, 50유로만 취소해주었습니다. 다시 이의 제기하기 귀찮아서, 그만두지만 비싼 숙박료에 비해 서비스가 불충분 하다고 느꼈습니다.
