패밀리룸으로 예약했음에도 엑스트라 베드가 없는 킹배드룸으로 배정해줌 여권도 3개를 제시했지만 의도적으로 바깥풍경이 없는 (창살만 있는 옥상)방으로 배정함. 결국 다시 로비카운터로 가서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청함. 다행히 여성 직원이 친절하게 안내해주고 엑스트라 배드가 있는 방으로 바꿔 줌. 정말 최악으로 불쾌함. 키 큰 남자와 키 작은 남자 직원은 손님 앞에서 자기들끼로 속닥거리다 그 방으로 배정해줌. 정말 의도적으로 골탕먹인것 같아 아주 불쾌함.
