Dear Guest, We are truly sorry to read about your experience and sincerely apologize for the distress and frustration caused during your stay. We deeply regret that the room initially assigned to you did not correspond to your reservation, particularly regarding the extra bed and the room view. We also understand how upsetting it must have been to have to return to the reception to request a room change. We are pleased that one of our female team members was able to assist you and find a more suitable room, but this does not excuse the difficulties you experienced upon arrival. We are especially concerned by your impression that you were intentionally assigned an unsuitable room and by the behavior you observed between members of our team. We take such feedback very seriously and will ensure that your comments are shared with the management team for further review. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience.
