The ibis business card that you bought gives you 10% discount on room and breakfast by ibis budget. However, is it possible that you made the reservation through a third party to a normal rate? I would like to have a closer look at your booking and invoicing of the stay. May I please ask you to send me your telephone number to call you back, or you can also send me an Email to the hotel with the detail of your reservation (Name and date of stay) Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I do apologize very much for the unacceptable experience you had during you breakfast. we strive to provide our guests with the best service available at a fair price. the person who was in-charge is responsible about refilling the breakfast-buffet whenever something is missing and whenever help needed, there was a second person to help.
