We had great experience! My son lost his wallet, the stuff found it in the front of the hotel. Contacted me and shipped it in the most professional manner. Will definitely return!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good but it was crowded when we were there. Room and bathroom are quite small but shower is good. Moderately priced for the area.

This hotel was booked as a passing thru on our way. As this hotel is together with the IBIS budget, we were surprised when we saw the room! Very basic room with no fridge and a bathroom from out of space! When you are in suisse the price for roaming and mobile data is very expensive, sow we were really happy to have internet in the hotel. Unfortunately the WIFI was out of service for the whole day and night. In morning the WIFI was still out of order. Our planning fell in the water due to this fact. We asked the servant for a refund for their service, because they could not meet their standard. They sent us on our journey with the excuse, “we will contact you”. They did and their answer was,” we cannot compensate for the uncomfortable situation” As a point of view for customers service this is very poor! Some kind of compensation is in its place! If you come here don’t expect service because they just want to make money.

Very bad hygiene! When people change rooms, they only change the toalsand the sheets if they aren’t very dirty. Told by the cleaning lady! After that they charge you cleaning fees for sheets,pillows and other stuff if they are dirty. Very little rooms where you are allways earing the noise from pipes. Better pay a little bit more and have something with a little bit of hygiene.

The hotel is well located near both the public transportation system and the beautiful lack of Lugano. You can get the city center on foot easily. The staffs are truly friendly and wish to help. The Wi-Fi is truly fast and accessible just after check in.
