Brak żelazka ! Sorry hotel tej klasy bez jednego żelazka …

Dear Mr. K., First of all, please allow me to sincerely thank you for your loyalty as a valued ALL Diamond member and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the unavailability of an iron during your stay. I fully understand your frustration, especially in a hotel of our standard, and I would feel the same in your position. Please allow me to explain that we do offer a dedicated ironing room for our guests. Unfortunately, on the day of your stay, the ironing board along with the iron was damaged and became unusable. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we immediately arranged for replacements, which have now been ordered to ensure that all guests can enjoy this without interruption moving forward. We truly regret that this impacted your stay, and I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back soon and provide you with the seamless experience you rightfully expect from us.
