Pokój był duży, dzięki czemu mogłyśmy bez problemu rozłożyć 3 walizki i nadal było przejście. Było czysto i codziennie sprzątane. Miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa! Możliwość zakupu napojów i przekąsek w recepcji. Podobała nam się cicha i spokojna okolica. Blisko tramwaj. Metro niedaleko, krótki spacer. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Napewno sprawdzę dostępność pokoi w tym hotelu, gdy następnym razem będę się wybierać do Monachium:)

Nasz pobyt w hotelu Novotel był bardzo udany. Pokoje są wygodne, przestronne i zapewniają komfortowy wypoczynek. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji. Żona została okradziona przez Pana sprzątającego pokuj. Ukradziono nam biżuterię. Zgłosiliśmy ten temat na recepcji niestety nie podjęto żadnych kroków. Wielokrotnie monitowaliśmy temat i prosiliśmy by osoba która sprzątała w pokoju oddała skradzione rzeczy. Niestety hotel totalnie nas zbył. Jest to przykre iż w Hotelu takiej klasy nie można czuć się bezpiecznie ! Odradzimy wszystkim ten hotel i poinformujemy jak się traktuje klienta w tym hotelu !

Following your telephone notification on the day of departure, our front desk team immediately contacted the housekeeping department to initiate a prompt investigation regarding the jewelry items you described. The Housekeeping Manager spoke directly with the responsible room attendant who cleaned the room after your departure. She confirmed that no jewelry or other valuables were found in the room. Unfortunately, these inquiries did not lead to the recovery of any of the mentioned items. Our team informed you several times by telephone in the days that followed that the search had so far been unsuccessful. We would like to expressly emphasize that our employees took your concern seriously at all times and handled it conscientiously in accordance with our internal procedures. At no point was there any intention to trivialize your concern or to disregard it. We deeply regret the loss of your personal belongings and fully understand that this represents a very unpleasant situation for you. At the same time, we ask for your understanding that, despite the internal investigations carried out, we were unable to determine any information regarding the whereabouts of the mentioned jewelry items. Please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously and will use it as an opportunity to review our internal procedures, particularly with regard to communication and sensitivity in comparable situations. Nie jest to nasz pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu tylko już 6. Zawsze jak jedziemy na narty robimy pauzę w Monachium. Standard z roku na rok coraz słabszy. Blokująca się winda na parterze ( nie otwierają się drzwi na poziomie 0 trzeba wjechać wyżej i zejść schodami ) to już było przy wcześniejszych wizytach, brak mydła w dozownikach w pokoju , brak możliwości zrobienia kawy w pokoju , 1 mała butelka wody na 3 osoby , herbata w pokoju wyliczona co do sztuki 3 osoby - 3 herbaty bez możliwości wyboru smaków , czystość jak na Novotel średnia, głośna klimatyzacja w pokoju. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji i za to plus !!! ( za każdym razem jest tak samo ). Ogólnie hotel wymaga dobrego managera. Źle zarządzany. Dla nas lokalizacja super

This hotel is a mess. I have visited many All Accor hotels but never been in such disorganized place. The room was not ready for our arrival at 3pm. We had to check in at the desk in spite of earlier online check in. Three stuff was checking us in, each incorrectly. Lady named Christina shouted at us at the Reception desk and told usthat she would rather be home with her family than here. We drove for 9h at that time and were very tired but noone cared to help. The room was late and as result we were late for Allianz Arena München Stadion tour that we traveled for. Never heard apology, just being screamed at by rude stuff. Avoid at any cost.

Nie działająca jedna winda poza kartkami na drzwiach przydała by się informacja w recepcji przy meldowaniu się - ostrzegająca prze tym faktem bo w istocie kartki na drzwiach windy nie przeczytałem a zjeżdżając windą na parter zostałem w niej zablokowany drzwi się nie otwierały i byłem w kłopocie.
