Dear Mr. D. H., thank you for taking the time to thoroughly review your stay at the Novotel Munich Airport. We are very sorry that your experience in our establishment did not meet your expectations – especially as a valued ALL Accor Gold Member. We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the incorrect calculation of breakfast costs. In fact, due to a configuration issue in the booking app, there was unfortunately a double charge for breakfast. We have reviewed your concerns and – as already confirmed via email to you – we have, of course, fully credited the excess breakfast charges. It is very important for us to take such feedback seriously, especially when there are technical causes involved. Therefore, we are in close communication with the responsible team at Accor to pass on potential weaknesses in the app and to avoid such errors in the future. The fact that your valid complaint was not recognized and resolved immediately during check-in or check-out does not meet our standards for service and attentiveness. We sincerely apologize for this. We also regret that you faced negative experiences regarding other aspects of your stay – such as room signage, the charger for electric vehicles, or cleanliness.
