We appreciate that you stay with us regularly, and we are sorry that this experience was not positive. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the room temperature and the non-functioning air conditioning. Of course, this does not meet the standard we want to offer our guests. We will immediately deploy our technical team to ensure that all air conditioning systems are working properly and that room temperatures are comfortable for our guests. We have also taken careful note of your feedback on breakfast. We are sorry that the rolls were not fresh on Sunday and the sausages did not meet the usual quality standard.
