Ten eerste is het hotel uitstekend voor gezinnen, het personeel is fantastisch en de kamers zijn ruim. Het hotel kampt echter al lange tijd met een probleem dat nog steeds niet is opgelost: de badkamer met toilet heeft een vreselijke geur die onmogelijk uit de kamer te krijgen is. Ik vermoed dat de riolering lekt en dat de geur in alle kamers terechtkomt. Er is geen manier om de stank te blokkeren, ondanks de nieuwe meubels op sommige verdiepingen. Ik hoop dat het badkamerprobleem snel wordt opgelost. Alvast bedankt.

Kamer geboekt via het All heartist tarief. Het bleek een gedateerde kamer die niet in verhouding stond tot de gerenoveerde bar. Het was prima om te slapen, maar had er meer van verwacht. De receptionist was wel erg enthousiast en vriendelijk.

Makkelijk aan te rijden. Goed en gratis parkeren in het weekend. Kamer was redelijk klein met drie personen. Badkamer had bad en douche. Vreemd: Bad had alleen geen kraan om bad te kunnen vullen. Ontbijt was goed. Tapbiertje aan de bar beneden in de lobby was niet lekker. Het laatste van het vat. Werd gewoon gepresenteerd voor de volle prijs, werd niet vervangen.

Prima hotel met goede bedden, warme douche en prima ontbijt. Parkeren in de garage is duur (€ 22,- per 24u) en bovendien erg krappe ingang (max 230cm). Tip, parkeer even verderop in de PARK ONE Tiefgarage Parkstadt Center Schwabing. Deze is in de nacht afgesloten en beveiligd en kost maar € 15,- per 24 uur.
