The phone in my room wasn't working. No means of communicating to the kitchen, receptionist and others. No tea, tea cup and jug as expected. You kitchen staff was so rude and nasty. This was my worst experience ever and it is highly regrettable.

Joy at the front desk was great, she’s joyful and helpful. I arrived and met with an unpleasant experience, but was eventually resolved and helped by Joy every step of the way. Driver Kenny was also courteous and helpful. Value for this hotel is great! It was recommended by a friend, and the great services the staff provide did not disappoint. I would stay here again when I revisit Lagos.

Clean, staff are courteous and competitive price for the stay. I will recommend them anyday. Breakfast is included in lodging. Swimming pool is available and there is outdoor sitting where you can dine. Not far from international airport and complimentary drop off to airport provided.

When I last stayed here back in 2021, the hotel was worth writing home about however, it has relegated and the room I stayed was musky. I enjoyed the good variety for dinner and breakfast, and the hotel service is still great. The staff are very helpful, welcoming, and very friendly.

To all ibis hotels i have ever slept in this is the dirtiest... from the colidos to the rooms.. Internet is no where in the rooms service at the restaurant is the worst...its to whom it may concern . Then the tv are horrible.. the pics are not clear. Alot is missing in the hot to the standard of ibis, carpets I can't remove my saddles walls are not painted.. Faniture so old pillows, bedding are not ironed...
