Great Service & Clean Rooms, But Buffet Needs Improvement

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service, especially by Manikanta and Kapil, for room cleaning. The housekeeping was prompt, courteous, and ensured a spotless room. However, the buffet was not up to the mark and could be improved. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I appreciate the staff’s hospitality.

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is situated just 10 minutes away from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad. I booked a room for two nights as I was on an official trip. The hotel is good with all the modern amenities like swimming pool, basketball court, lawn tennis, table tennis, bar, and restaurant. Although the room was comparatively small but clean and hygienic. The wash room was also clean, dry and hygienic. The only issue in the room was pillows as they were extraordinarily high causing discomfort to your neck. One thing I liked about the room was the closet as it opens in room as well as washroom making it easy to reach out from washroom as well. The TV had all the channels functional. Word about staff and check in experience... Check in experience was good and staff was prompt and courteous. The food served in buffet both during breakfast and dinner had good spread with dishes from Indian and global menu. The only improvement which can be done is to improve the taste of some dishes. The good thing about the hotel is the kiosk from where you can print your boarding pass thus saving time and hassle at the airport. Overall a wonderful experience.

i came here with my family stay was very comfortable and good riya from the guest relations was very helpful throughout the stay right from the check in to check out everything was done very smoothly i will prefer to come here in my future stay….

Great Property near Airport and Good people. Everyone right from pick up to quick checkin were warm people. Special Shout out to Chef Lakshmi who was very courteous and helpful to get some good food for me as I am a pure vegetarian. Overall a good experience.

No food to eat after 11:00 PM

What a piece of crap this hotel is, they have a QR code in the room to scan for in-room dining and that shows only 5 things on the menu like fruits, cereal and fries. I called the in-room dining number and they said they don't know what they have on menu and sent someone to my room. That person scanned the menu and saw the same as what i saw (those 5 things), so he asked me what i want. I said i don't know and i need to look at the menu to know what the options are. He left saying he will tell his manager. Ans then nothing. I was left hungry and basically didn't have anyt.hing to eat. They do have a very long menu for drinks if you want to get drunk but just don't ask for food. Stayed at many 5 star hotels globally and i haven't one as worst as this one
