Amazing Dec stay at Novotel

I had an amazing stay in Dec 2025 with Novotel Hyderabad convention centre with family. Right from the checkin it was a great experience. as a Gold member I was greeted , my kid was welcomed with gifts and the duty manager escorted us to our room which was upgraded. Guest relationship manager Jagriti took care of us, ast reception sandip was very helpful. the outdoor activities were plenty for my 3 yr old kid, food at the restaurants were great, bar was a plus . Next day breakfast was refreshing. special thanks to abhishek sen Front office manager who has been very close to our family for past 3 years and one the reason I choose accor over marriott.
