Otelin konumu iyi, kahvaltısı yeterli, personel güleryüzlü. Ancak bazı konularda eleştirilerim var: 1- Kaldığımız oda (603) çok küçüktü. İki kişi için alan çok dardı. 2- Odada resepsiyona ulaşabileceğimiz bir telefon yoktu. 3- Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu, telefon da olmadığı için resepsiyona inip depozit karşılığı saç kurutma makinesi aldık. 4- Tek kişilik yataklar çok dardı. 5- Kaldığımız dönemde bir akşam yaklaşık 2-3 saat wifi arızalıydı. Odada telefon olmadığı için tekrar resepsiyona inip bunu bildirmemiz gerekti. Bunlar hoş bir deneyim olmadı tabii. Odada saç kurutma makinesi ve resepsiyona ulaşabileceğimiz bir telefon olması lazım.

Odaya Check in gece yarısı yaptıktan sonra, oda sigara kokuyordu, sabah bu koku benden kaynaklı deyip, bir sonraki gece olan rezervasyonumu iptal ettiler!!!! Kayıtlar mevcut. Birde ben kahvaltıda iken odama girmişler, eşyalarıma değmişler!!!!
