typical 4 star hotel, with 2 things standing out: the Apfelstrudel, which was great, crispy outside with plenty of fillings inside, and the breakfast. props to the breakfast team 👏👏 waited 5 minutes for check-in. after that, found out that bathroom curtain Was broken. waited around 10 mins for engineer to come and check, then another 10 mins for room to finally be switched. swimming pool was super small, with a width of only 1 swimming adult. some pool tiles were already broken, pool was also a bit dirty with dust and small trash on the pool floor. no towels available after swimming, so we went to our room with wet body. parking space was quite spacious, one being in the basement and one next to the hotel (open space). staff was great and friendly, room and bed sheet were clean.

It’s really nice to having experience stay in this hotel. I feel comfort and the receptionist is friendly and helpful to explain about facilities. One of my favorite things about hotel rooms is the shower. I really dig the unlimited hot water showers at the hotel. I could literally sleep in there. The free breakfast and free coffee in was awesome and really helped me out. All staff really nice to serve and ask what they could help to make us comfort to stay. Thank you so being nice all staff keep it up your service, especially the receptionist his name is Ben, thank you for really helpful and patient to explain the facilities that i get it.

Changed three rooms during my stay at Mercure Jakarta Simatupang. First room issue - the water basin was block, TV signal is weak, air conditioning in the room is not properly function Second room issue - power sockets are not working, iron is not properly function, mini fridge was not function Third room - slightly okay compared to previous two rooms

Basically, we are improving the facilities for guests who stay by changing the analog TV channels to digital for better service because we have used Smart TV in all rooms. Regarding some of the facilities in the room, we will continue to improve them to suit guest needs. first time stay in jakarta from saudi and met mr agung at front office. he is very kind and helpfull. give me and my wife early check in at 13.00 it’s very helpfull for us. food delicious, nice view and i had a wondefull night in jakarta!! i highly recommend my friends to stay in here thanks agung front office
