The hotel is a bit old and might needs some refurbishment in the rooms. The allocated room was not clean enough and had to raise a complaint next morning. However the problem was fixed later and they tried to maintain top cleanliness which was much appreciated. The overall service for restaurant and in room dining is very slow and not attentive. At breakfast skipped the coffee many times as they did not serve it. Overall a decent city hotel in South Jakarta with a mall near by. Please skip the pool as it’s a big bath tub.

My husband and I had a great stay at Mercure Jakarta Simatupang. Our room was spacious, bed was huge and comfy. We went to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and courteous service from Ngesthi, she made great coffee as well. Thank you!

部屋・清潔さ・スタッフの接遇等については問題ありませんでした。 部屋のwifiが37kbpsと非常に遅く、部屋のスマートTVも稼働しませんでした。 ホテルのスタッフに診てもらったのですが、改善しませんでした。 仕事に支障をきたして困りました。
