Dear Footprints243553, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Mercure Jakarta Simatupang. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. This was an exception to the usual procedures. We assure you that we have taken steps to address and prevent future problems. Basically, we are improving the facilities for guests who stay by changing the analog TV channels to digital for better service because we have used Smart TV in all rooms. Regarding some of the facilities in the room, we will continue to improve them to suit guest needs. We would like to reiterate our commitment to high standards of quality, and I would like to personally assure you that you will experience this on your next visit to our premises.
