They have asked for payment for the entire 6-days stay in advance and they left us without water on the fourth day. The receptionist misled us saying that the water was just about to come etc , buying time. If we would have known from the beginning that the water would not be provided, we would have relocated to another hotel. They behaved with a lack of respect towards the clients. We asked to be reimbursed for not having water and they kept saying: "Send an email to my manager". When we reminded them that this is a legal provision that they have to observe, they kept saying "Send an email to my manager". The receptionist dared to say that we might have a shower before leaving on the sixth day! It was a very disappointing experience with the reception staff and overall. I will definitely choose another hotel next time.

Nice hotel for the money. No frills but that is reflected in the price. My only complaints were the street facing rooms are very noisy and the breakfast is very small for 15 euros. The staff is very nice and helpful. Many restaurants within a 10 min walk.

An excellent choice for Bordeaux. Very central and easy to get to the station and from the airport. Also a very good large supermarket nearby. Got upgraded and the room was large and had kitchen facilities. The staff were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Arrived far too early to book in but they'd got a good left luggage system in place. The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities necessary. There is a policy where they don't have a daily maid service unless asked for but for a few days that isn't a problem. Would definately stay here again.

Great hotel, 2 mins walk to Meriadeck tram station. Very convenient. Air con was lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and not very busy when we were there. Room was large and spotless. Would stay again without a doubt.

Except for the location (a little bit too far from the tourist area) a perfect place to spend several days in Bordeaux. Very convenient to reach from the train station (express Bus). The staff was welcoming. the facilities clean. Overall it was a nice stay.
