It was Abad experience Staff very rude and racist towards arbs which not acceptable from staff in such hotel. Reported to duty manager and he ignored my complaint. No bellman to carry luggage. No slaper no Tothbrash It is the worst experience and worst hospitality I have ever seen. I was treated very badly with my family. Not recommended this hotel to anyone. Be aware of unprofessional staff and management.

Location was ok, but apart from that it was a terrible experience compared to the expectations. I've arrived at 10am and they told me I can only checkin at 3pm, and when I've asked the checkout time they've said it's 12. And if I would like to checkin earlier I should be paying 10 euros per hour. ??? The room was so airless that every morning I got up with a headache. There are almost none bathroom amenities. And I cannot say the rooms are cleaned, just tidied. And I am coming to worst part: Breakfast! There are no omlettes or any kind of fried or pan eggs, just scrambled eggs which I suspect was made of eggs! And there are almost none chese. No orange juice. I had to eat boiled eggs everday.

Excellent hotel. We loved staying here. Friendly and professional staff. Interiors seem newly decorated in a lovely urban style. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Directly next to the railway station and close to the Buda castle. Just a little expensive.

Privilege room stay

The location of this hotel is excellent. We arrived by bus at the Népliget station and it was a quick subway ride and short walk to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and 5 minutes to the riverbank. We booked the privilege room which had a sufficient cold breakfast::cereal, pastries ,yogurt and fruit. In the afternoon there were appetizers and wine but no beer which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and overall I would recommend it.
