Soggiorno piacevole, personale professionale, posizione ottima sulla via piu' importante e centrale di Budapest, vicino alla movida circondato da negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di stare a due passi dai profumatissimi e caratteristici mercatini di natale. Colazione eccellente piu' basata sul salato e pochi dolci ma questo è un problema di noi italiani, eccellente è dir poco!!! Un piccolo appunto sui bagni delle camere, davvero piccoli!!! peccato.. Lo consiglierei al 100% e ci tornerei molto volentieri.

siamo stati molto bene, le stanze super pulite e accoglienti. Unica nota negativa i costi esagerati del minibar 4 bottiglie piccole di acqua 21 euro sono un vero e proprio furto. in italia con 21 euro ci compri 10 casse di acqua da 2 litri qundi 60 bottiglie di acqua

Ho scelto questo Hotel soprattutto per la posizione, esattamente su una delle vie pedonali di PEST a pochissimi passi dalla Basilica di Santo Stefano. Ottima colazione dolce e salata e staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

Per il mio soggiorno presso il Mercure City Center di Budapest avevo prenotato una camera superior. Al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una stanza con le facilities per ospiti disabili, con doccia che riversava l acqua in tutto il bagno. La stanza è stata sostituita il giorno seguente. Nella nuova stanza la moquette era tutta macchiata, al di sotto della stessa si sentivano aree mancanti di pavimento. Alla richiesta di sostituzione del materasso, completamente affossato, mi è stato assicurato che si sarebbe provveduto ma nulla è stato fatto. Pulizia Dell hotel sufficiente.

non ci sono stati problemi, otitma la pulizia della camera solo un piccolo problema manutentivo in bagno (il WC perdeva acqua sul pavimento)

esperienza soddisfacente, non idilliaca personale alla reception superiore alla media ( per competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità ) camera silenziosa, ma non adeguata per 3 persone (per un hotel a 1-2-3 stelle sarebbe stato più che soddisfacente, ma non per un hotel a 4 stelle, ma soprattutto Mercure )
