After reviewing your reservation, I can reconfirm that our team accommodated you in a Superior room, as per your booking. While we strive to provide welcoming and comfortable accommodations, please accept my apologies if you found the size of your room, including the bathroom, to be smaller than anticipated. While our rooms are designed with the comfort and convenience of our guests in mind, we understand that comfort preferences vary from person to person. Your feedback regarding the space is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the amenities, we apologize for any misunderstanding. Some additional amenities, such as slippers, are included in our higher room categories.
