However, I sincerely regret the disturbance caused by the external noise during your stay. As a downtown hotel, we acknowledge that noise disturbances, particularly from nearby construction activities, can occur. We understand the importance of a comfortable and peaceful stay, and we deeply regret falling short of your expectations in this regard. Additionally, I am sorry to read about the inconvenience caused by the lack of a grab bar in the bathtub. Das schlechtausgebildete Personal beim Frühstück ist ein Schwachpunkt dieses Hotels!!! Die Tische werden unzureichend gereinigt!!! Die gleichen Putzlappen werden für Tische und Stühle verwendet! Unhygienisch!!! Spiegeleier werden nachgefüllt und sind schon beim verlassen der Küche trocken! Keiner überwacht das Buffet, keiner überwacht das Bedienungspersonal! Man steht in Grüppchen und redet anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern! Eines Mercure nicht würdig!
