⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach, mainly thanks to the exceptional hospitality from the team. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Joko, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. There was a very simple issue regarding an unpleasant smell in our initial room, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the response was immediate and very professional. The team promptly offered us a replacement room, even allowing us to view and check the room first to ensure the smell was not an issue. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Suite room, which truly exceeded our expectations. This level of care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest comfort made our stay memorable. Thank you to Mr. Joko and the Pullman Legian team for such excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

First time staying at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. I visit Bali a lot and usually stay at other Accor hotels. Originally booked a suite which felt a bit old and outdated. Spoke to Dodi, the Hotel Manager, and he fixed it straight away by moving us to an Exclusive Family Room. No questions asked. Amazing service. He even came over at breakfast to check everything was good and organised a special mixed dragon fruit juice for us, which was delicious. Great rooftop pool and perfect location right near the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the hotels in Bali that's worth considering for your next business meeting. The meeting room is soundproof and the internet is quite good. The room was clean and tidy, however it did not have a soundproof ceiling. In the room, I was able to discern the sounds of people walking and dogs barking. It is my opinion that the breakfast and lunch menus would benefit from greater variety. I am pleased to inform you that the food ordered to my room was delicious. I inquired with the hotel staff about the distinction between halal and non-halal cooking utensils. They confirmed that they did. This is of the utmost importance to me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

We were very happy with the service at Pullman Legian staff generally and especially the service at the reception and at the breakfast staff . Special mention goes to Haity, Seni and Cahya, shining examples of hospitality courtesy which is noticeable of the Balinese people and culture .

It was a wonderful experience. We came on trip from our company as a crew member for layover. Met these young lovely, hard working ladies who brightened up the day without even trying with just a warm smile and lots of love. Ms. Semi Haithy and Ms. Cahya were exceptional. Hop next time can meet them and share the happiness again.
