Same plusy i dwa malutkie minusy. 1. Hotel piękny, ale wymaga odświeżenia. 2. W związku z tym, że posiadamy status platynowy odczytano go idealnie przy zameldowaniu. Dostaliśmy również podwyższenie standardu pokoju do super apartamentu na 4 piętrze .Tu była jedna wada. Nasz balkon wychodził na głośniki dostarczające muzykę na strefę basenowa zlokalizowana na 3 piętrze. Codziennie przez wiele godzin mieliśmy na balkonie, a nawet po zamknięciu drzwi balkonowych koszmar muzycznych przebojów i popisów DJ lub muzyków. To było mocno uciążliwe, ale tylko raz wieczorem (na 4 noce) zareagowałem. Muzykę wyciszono, ale to nie tak powinno być. Od głośnika do naszego balkonu była odległość góra 10 metrów.

Pokój w bardzo złym stanie. Czułem się jak w latach 90-tych ubiegłego wieku. Stare meble w złym stanie. Do szafy nie wkładałem rzeczy ze względu na nieprzyjemny zapach. Ręczniki stare, zużyte i brzydko pachnące. Na plus bardzo miła obsługa . Śniadania przeciętne jak na standard Pullman (rozwodnione soki to standard hoteli budżetowych). Cena absolutnie nieadekwatna do jakości. Hotel nie trzyma standardu marki.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Chętnie jeszcze wrócę. Wspaniali pracownicy, szczególnie Astiti. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również serwis sprzątający pokoje. Ogólnie hotel luksusowy z rewelacyjny basenem i spa. W hotelu pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie. Gorąco polecam.
