The moment I arrived at Mercure Kuta Bali, I immediately felt the tropical ambiance with its prime location right in front of Kuta Beach. The hotel is just a short walk from shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife, and only 15 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. I stayed in a sea-view room, which was comfortable but slightly outdated, with a small bathroom. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop infinity pool, offering a breathtaking ocean view and a stunning sunset experience. I also tried the Bali massage at the hotel’s spa, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. For dining, Alang-Alang Restaurant serves a mix of Asian and Western dishes, though prices are slightly higher than local restaurants. The Sunset Pool Bar is a great spot to enjoy drinks while feeling the ocean breeze. Overall, Mercure Kuta Bali is perfect for travelers seeking a hotel with an unbeatable location and great amenities. The rooftop infinity pool is the standout feature, and I highly recommend choosing a sea-view room for the best experience.

Great hotel with easy access to the beach. BedRoom was excellent, very clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom Breakfast again was very good with lots of choice both Asian and western The bar offers great happy hour cocktails and well worth a try. All of the staff were excellent Traffic in Kuta is extremely busy and as a result slow. But the hotel and its staff made sure we had a great stay

Great place to visit during business trip and holiday. The staff were helpfull and friendly. The rooftop bar also nice with swimming pool and ocean view. Easy walk to the shopping mall and restaurant. Near airport and suitable for bussines trip.

Very relaxing and I had a great experiences here. I tried the Spa at the rooftop and it was veryyy goooddd.Will come here soon.Neni from the spa is great.She know how to treat the guest, and I'm very happy with her service.The hotel location is very strategic also.

Very nice hotel with ocean view from the rooftop.All staff are friendly and always smile.Many trainees but they are nice.They can arrange transportation to the airport with a good price.Near airport and mall.Will definitely come back here.
