A nice budget hotel in Pattaya, but there are somethings to be improved

Dear jaroonphan2011 It is absolute pleasure to have you at ibis Pattaya hotel and thank you for considering us for your holiday destination. I am happy to learn that you found overall experience delightful and enjoyed a quality time during the period. On the contrary, I have noted your concerns related to weak signal of internet and dispenser was not refilled on time. My sincerest apologies for the shortfalls and we appreciate your attention for bringing these points to our attention. Please rest assured as we will take immediate action to improve in all aspects to ensure our guest feel relax as same as at the home. Further to add, the wear mask policy has been strictly imposed at the property and we are doing everything to ensure that everyone comply with rules. I am sure you have seen the signs placed all over in the hotel as well as our staff constantly asking guests to wear mask the moment we see anyone not wearing it. Thank you once again for giving us detailed information and at ibis we always take our guest comments seriously to implement our services. I hope you will see these better changes on your next visit.
