I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were inattentive and unwelcoming. Simple requests were met with attitude, and it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. Didn't get staff discount as compare to the other hotel even in Thailand. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the response was dismissive and no action was taken and gave limited discount only What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic courtesy and cleanliness. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at Ibis Pattaya during Wanlai Festival and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and definitely good value for the price. A special mention to the lobby bar — it was a great spot to relax. Nut, Aom, and Beau were absolutely lovely. Their friendly attitude and attentive service really made my stay even better. Thanks to them for the warm hospitality!

Stopped by this bar (Lobby bar) in the afternoon and had such a chill time. The vibe was super relaxed—great spot to just sit back with a drink and unwind. The best part? The staff! Nud, Aom, and Bew were all so friendly and easygoing. They made me feel right at home, chatting with me while making some really good drinks. It didn’t feel like I was just a customer, it felt more like hanging out with friends. Perfect place for a laid-back afternoon. Will definitely be coming back!
