Enjoyed my stay ! Met P Wan and P Fai during check-in, they gave warm smile upon arrival ! They gave me details information during check-in, The room is beautiful, location was great not too crowded but still easy to go to Bangla road if you would like to see night life here ! The food was yummy ! Recommend for young people who looking for backpackers!

The food is so nice, and the staffs are all approachable mostly Ms. Aww. We enjoyed eating here. She assisted us about the menus and served it on a timely manner. The IceCream is so good, so refreshing as well, we will comeback for more. Looking forward to our next food

Located in the middle of Phuket town, a walking distance to Patong Beach and major shopping malls. The shopping malls are right across the street. Most of the fast food restaurants nearby are open 24/7. Rooms are very clean, service is top notch, there is a swimming pool in the property.

Excellent Hotel and Location, Hit & Miss Breakfast

I got the Mountain. City view which was absolutely lovely and calming. The hotel is 2 mins walk to Patong Beach. Local food restaurants, satay stalls and seven eleven is a stone throw away. In Room Amenities are good but bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, combs etc since those are not provided in any of the Ibis. I was there 4 nights and breakfast was a hit & miss - 2 days the breakfast was ok but 2 days quite poor. The croissants and pain au chocolate were never fresh. The Thai dishes were really yummy some days but quite poor the other days. The fresh omelette counter gave usually only 1/2 varieties of omelettes and the coffee was inevitably bad from the machine. Staff and everything else was absolutely lovely and wonderful. They service the room everyday if you request it so that’s amazing too. Small but good pool.

Ok for a short stay. Too noisy and mainly marketed to younger and families. Rooms comfortable but small. Bathroom too small and shower even smaller. Not suitable for larger or taller people. Walls were thin so heard every conversation of the people in the next room. Was also given room with connecting door. Felt very uneasy as when I entered the room the connecting door was open. Totally unacceptable. Balcony nice with pool view. Not a place I’d stay again. Much better hotels with bigger rooms nearby to choose from. Very disappointed.
