We recently stayed at Ibis Jaipur and found the experience to be average. The room was decent and the food was genuinely good. However, the staff attitude felt quite careless. Guests have to manage their luggage entirely on their own from unloading it from the car to carrying it all the way to the room. For a hotel of this standard, this was quite disappointing. The hotel definitely needs improvement in basic guest assistance and hospitality.

Great day trips at hotel

Nice hotel not overpriced and any issues we had were resolved quickly. We hired a city tour driver with Mahendra Singh who looked after us all day in a beautiful car. It was nice to talk with him about the sights in the city and his life and family. We felt very safe in his company. Thank you Mahendra and Ibis staff for a lovely day.

I have been here for 2 night it was a wonder stay rooms are neat and clean beds are comfortable housekeeping staff and services are on top notch
