Disappointing Experience at IBIS Hotel, Civil Lines, Jaipur

Unfortunately, my experience at IBIS Hotel, Civil Lines, Jaipur, was far from pleasant, and I wouldn’t prefer staying here on any of my trips. The hotel felt overly compact, and the food quality was truly disappointing. Breakfast, which I usually look forward to, was particularly unsatisfactory. My go-to meal of idli and sambar was a letdown, with the sambar being excessively sour and salty. While I appreciate multigrain bread, the one served had an unusual foul taste. When I raised this with a staff member, I was informed that it was due to gluten, but the explanation didn’t convince me. Cleanliness was another major concern. Towels provided were yellowish rather than white, and tablecloths had visible stains. The overall upkeep of the property fell below expectations. Staff behavior was mixed—while some were courteous, others were indifferent. The hotel also struggled with basic functionality; the elevator key card didn’t work properly, and I had to repeatedly seek assistance from the front desk to access my floor. IBIS Hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and staff training to meet acceptable standards. Until these issues are addressed, I’d be hesitant to recommend or revisit this property.

The hotel is neat and clean rooms are cozy with cofortable and clean bathroom, the pool is very nice on roof top and well maintained overall itvaws a decent stay thanks Jitendra Singh .......................................💯.........

The Location and rooms were very pleasant and very the food was very tasty the restaurant was very good and the location was very nice and in between the city with good environment and plus the staff was very cooperative and specifically nishita was very helpful

Stay at ibis was comfortable and good. Hotel location also Good. Hotel cleaness was superb. Room cleaning also good bedsheet change and bathroom cleaning was superb. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Hemraj and. I will come back soon.

Stay at Ibis was very comfortable and good. Hotel cleanliness was superb and staff was very helpful and courteous. Room cleaning up to the mark bedsheet also change. Washroom cleaning also good and maintain. Thank you Hemraj. I will come back soon.
