Very good location as there are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. The front office staff speak very good English. There is a big starbucks by the lobby, which is a big plus for guests. I would never say it is an average ibis hotel as the service was perfect and professional, the lobby had very modern decoration. Thank you!

Hotel location is pretty good - very close to the city hall and many restaurants. Starbucks is right at the ground floor of the hotel. Spacious parking lot - easy to drive in and out any time. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in and out were fast and efficient. Room size was ok but with very small window and almost no view. So not much natural lighting and not so pleasant to be spending the day time inside the room. Limited tv channels - i missed my favorite show because of that. Bed was super comfy though. Very good sleep.

Each time I stay here, it gets better and better. Breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious with a variety of food and drinks. The staff are always kind and friendly, and they are always willing to help to get transportation, taxis or bus, to your next destination.

It’s well decorated, large enough room. Good located hotel, and breakfast was best for especially for foreigners. Walking distance various restaurant and shopping mall. Firsrit floor has big starbucks, that you may take a break. Highly recommend it.
