Me gusta que piensan en todo, leen muy bien al consumidor, saben lo que le gusta, siempre nos reciben con una sonrisa nos dan sugerencias en cosas que salen de sus responsabilidades. El personal de restaurante y cocina super amorosos, lo mismo toda la recepción. La idea de salir del hotel y hacer la despedida de los huéspedes es algo maravilloso.

Hotel perfecto en Phnom Penh. Hotel acorde a su categoría (5*). Estuvimos 5 noches. Es enorme y céntrico, tiene de todo: dos piscinas, pistas de tenis, spa, varios restaurantes y lo mejor de todo, la atención del personal (especial mención a Ai y Kosal). Te gestionan todo de forma natural: tuk tuk en la puerta, reserva y consejos de restaurantes y además, se pueden contratar tours de habla hispana con el hotel. Muchas gracias Sofitel!!
