Staff was excellent. Good location to tram line 2 and 3 (Grand Arenas). If coming from airport with your luggage, get off at Grand Arenas and your trip is free. DO NOT BUY YOUR TRAM TICKET AT THE AIRPORT FOR 10 EURO -- RIP OFF. Go to Grand Arenas and buy your tickets there - one way for 1.70 Euro. The bathroom at the hotel was immediately upon entering the room and you had to step up. It is separate from the bath and shower. Was here for the Rugby World Cup and this location worked for us. Only issue was our TV did not work properly and we couldn't get it fixed. Breakfast was included. Good choice of meats and cheeses. Sometimes the scrambled eggs were runny. Nice bread!

Lovely hotel Great location for airport, stadium and tram into Nice. Staff were excellent and totally accommodating even gave me a towel when I got caught in a rain shower Breakfast was very comprehensive and even a peacock made an entrance

Great overall experience at this hotel, the checkin process was smooth and the desk staff is helpful. The first room we received wasn't properly serviced and had numerous things wrong with it (no working toilet!) but the staff course corrected and got us setup with a new room the next morning which worked well. The breakfast has a pretty comprehensive selection. Great location near Nice Airport and convenient to trams and to train to Monaco/Cannes. I would definitely return if coming back to Nice in future.

Over night stay, the decor was busy in the receptionist and very cluttered with different chairs table dotted all around. Check in was quick , on entering the room there was smell of stale food that may have been cooked by previous guest, the AC was not on so we tried to put this on, when we failed we had to go down to reception as there was no phone in the room, the guy on reception said there was nothing he could do and there was no other room available so he gave us a fan. The bedding was not good quality it was rough so we remove it all together. There was no cupboard with doors so the stale food smell was left on our clothes. Glad we were only there for one night.

Last minute booking due to flight being cancelled, very helpful staff on reception, large room with everything you require , comfy bed and pillows and excellent breakfast . Hope you return under better circumstances.
